Your data stays safe, encrypted, and yours. You can export everything to JSON, Markdown, or plain text at any time—even on the free plan. If you cancel Premium, you keep all your entries but lose access to AI features like patterns and reflection styles.

No. Calmplot is a journaling app, not a clinical tool. You can choose from 4 reflection styles—supportive friend, thoughtful guide, gentle challenger, or wise companion—and the AI offers gentle writing prompts and questions you can take or leave.

How does people tracking work?

Calmplot automatically detects names you mention in entries and tracks how they appear across your journal over time. You can see each person's timeline, linked entries, and how your relationship evolves. All processing happens securely.

Can I bring my old journal entries?

Yes. Calmplot supports importing from Day One, Journey, Diarly, and Diarium. Your entries are encrypted during import and fully searchable immediately.

What if I miss a few days or weeks?
