Calmplot is built around encrypted journaling, minimal data collection, and explicit control over AI features.
Your journal is encrypted and private. Calmplot makes money from subscriptions, not data sales.
Entries are encrypted using AES-256-GCM, transmitted over secure connections, and processed by AI providers only when those features are enabled.
When AI features are used, journal text, voice, or optional images may be sent to providers such as OpenAI with zero-retention handling requested and no public-model training allowed.
You can access, export, or delete your data, and you can revoke AI consent at any time in the Privacy Center.
Calmplot uses trusted providers for infrastructure, billing, and analytics, and each only receives the minimum data required for its function.
